• Avoid sudden temperature changes or humidity.

• Keep your surroundings clean and free of dust mites.

• Avoid doing things that gives you stress .Get enough sleep.

• Observe your diet. Be aware of certain kinds of food that can cause your outbreaks and avoid eating these.

• Don’t use harsh soaps on your skin, or harsh detergents on your clothes.

Though eczema can cause great discomfort, with the right treatment and the resolve to prevent outbreaks, flare-ups will be less frequent, if not eliminated.
